Real Estate Team Manager

Introduction
Our client is looking for a Real Estate Team Manager who is skilled in leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for an honest, personable, self-motivated, determined and positive individual with a proven track record of success. They're looking for a licensed agent or broker to help grow and then support their team of in-house agents. Your job will be expand the team by 5-6 new agents and then oversee them, their transactions, and ensure that clients have a great experience from offer to close.
responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for
- Building a team of 5-6 new agents
- Retaining agents who fit the company culture (supporting, motivating, training and coaching agents with diverse goals, personalities and backgrounds)
- Attracting and hiring experienced and newly licensed real estate agents who fit the company culture
- Collaborating with the rest of the Management Team to help set the vision and direction of the company
- Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development by creating and maintaining a highly positive and vibrant work environment.
- The ability to learn and implement new programs, services and platforms that will increase the sales and profitability of the office and the company
- Reviewing open and closed transaction files for completion and accuracy
- A basic understanding of legal and tax implications as they relate to real estate transactions
- Organizing and conducting productive and engaging sales meetings
- Developing, and providing leadership to, office administrative staff
- Hire, train, motivate, and supervise the in-house agent team
- Solve problems during escrow; resolve client questions and concerns as needed
- Help define and disseminate best practices to the team
- Ensure legal and administrative compliance in conjunction with Operations team leadership
- Surface opportunities to improve agent workflow through software and product design
requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in residential real estate management preferred
- You feel confident in your knowledge about homebuyers and the real estate market
- You prize yourself on your ability to get deals done, but you care deeply about the client's experience during the process
- Experience leading, developing, motivating, and managing teams
- Equipped with an unmatched passion and dedication to customer service
- Conflict resolution skills
- Able to contribute positively and communicate openly in a collaborative management environment
- You are good at motivating and driving high-performance
- You are creative and effective in training
- A highly approachable personality equipped with excellent communication skills and an ability to maintain dynamic interpersonal relationships
