Together we can turn this dormant opportunity into a positive sum venture. We would like to offer our services to your clients that have locations in the San Francisco/Bay Area.


  • Prospecting
  • Consultant meetings: specific activity commitments formulated per client within retainer agreement
  • Hiring Manager/Decision Maker meetings: specific activity commitments formulated per client within retainer agreement
  • Org chart build-out
  • Requirement gathering with a focus on competitive advantages (exclusivity, heads-up, preset interview times, etc.)
  • Requirement fulfillment, including full recruiting lifecycle (optional: can be kept in-house as you wish)

The Full Lifecycle


  • Annual retainer for engagement on up to three local clients
  • Retainer creates binding engagement for 12 months
  • 50% retainer refund guarantee if no deals are closed in first two quarters of engagement
  • Account Management services: 40% of margin
  • Recruiting Services: 30% of margin
  • You pay us once you get paid on closed deals

Our Terms


ABOUT THE DEAL

  • A deal must generate at least $12.50 in GM or 20% in GP
  • A deal is calculated in the traditional manner by subtracting the pay rate plus burden (16%-W2 3%-TP recommended for CA) and other expenses from the bill rate minus all client discounts and expenses

Your protection

  • Your company will be the sole employer of all consultants, regardless of who fulfills recruiting.
  • Your company can terminate engagement at-will only owing the margin for the duration of the employment of consultants in place.
  • Termination by your company comes with a 12 month non-compete agreement for Advolinks at engaged clients directly or via any other firm, in any manner.
  • Termination by Advolinks comes with a 12 month non-compete agreement from the termination date or the end date of the last consultant, whichever comes second.
