Introduction
We are looking for a Sr. Business/Systems Analyst for our client that is an ultra-high-touch bank that provides extraordinary client service. Currently, the CTR Systems Replacement is entering phase II and project Business Analyst role in BSA/AML Department has been created. You will work alongside the existing project team to complete Phase II planning and deployment activities. The individual must be a quick study and able to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms. CTR is regulatory platform integrating the Banking community and BSA/AML CTR Operations community. Understanding how to bridge cross functional business processes and disparate data flow processes are key to the success of this role.
responsibilities
Engage cross functional teams to create Requirements documentation and User Stories using Team Foundation Server (TFS) to capture stakeholder requirements.
Analyze production issues as it relates to data integration and ETL deficiencies.
Review and update ETL and data integration mapping documents and technical specification documents.
Participate in all Project meetings and activities.
Create and update project artifacts.
Work with development and technical resources to communicate requirements and validate technical specifications are inclusive.
Perform other related duties when assigned.
Assist in the setup of meetings, conference lines and presentations.
Participate in evening production release deployment and testing activities if requested.
Work on additional projects within BSA/AML as assigned.

Must Haves:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong understanding of software and systems development life cycles
Experience creating and vetting stakeholder business requirements
Ability to logically and systematically research data issues using SQLserver and Excel
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, team building, mentoring, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Must be able to serve as a beacon for groups that are striving for better coordination; this implies advanced skills in persuasion
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the enterprise and with external vendors
Ability to work independently and with minimum direction
Flexible when needed, structured as required – needs to understand FRB corporate culture; implies a very quick-study!
